Frequently asked questions
- Is there a commitment?
- No. The monthly Pro plan can be cancelled at any time; the yearly plan runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew after that.
- How do I cancel?
- From your Pro space, Billing section, in a few clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; your account then switches to the free plan — nothing is deleted.
- What happens to my data if I stop?
- It stays yours. Your page, appointments and client records are kept on the free plan, and you can have your account and data deleted at any time.
- What do my clients receive?
- A confirmation email for every appointment and a reminder 48 hours before. With Pro, a WhatsApp reminder too (SMS if it does not get through). Never any advertising.
- Does it work if I prefer the phone?
- Yes. Pick the showcase or private-ledger way of working: you receive requests on WhatsApp and call back when it suits you — Therago handles confirmations and reminders.
- How does the 30-day trial work?
- Every signup automatically starts with 30 days of full Pro, no commitment. After that, your account switches to the free plan by itself if you do not subscribe.
