4. Role of the platform

Therago is a technical service that puts individuals in touch with independent practitioners. Therago carries out no therapeutic activity of its own, provides no medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and is not a party to the agreement entered into between a practitioner and their client. Each practitioner works in their own name and under their sole responsibility: their qualifications, their insurance, their tax and social obligations, as well as the content and conduct of their sessions, are theirs alone.

The content published on profiles (presentation, trainings, documents, scope of practice, frequently asked questions, prices) is supplied by the practitioners themselves. Therago hosts it as a technical intermediary and verifies neither its accuracy nor its validity, subject to the limited verifications described in the terms of use. Therago grants no accreditation or label and recommends no practitioner.

5. Reporting content

Anyone who considers that content accessible on the platform is unlawful, misleading or contrary to the terms of use may report it to contact@therago.be. A report is best served by stating the address of the page concerned, the content in question and the reason for the report. Therago acknowledges receipt, examines it within a reasonable time and informs the person who made the report of the action taken. Manifestly unlawful content may be removed or made inaccessible without delay.
